In the crockpot:
· 4 medium sized sweet potatoes peeled and cut in cubes
· Big bag of green beans
· Medium sized bag of baby carrots
· Chopped 1 lg red bell pepper
· 1 bunch of cilantro
· 1 big bag of spinach
· 6 eggs with shell (but grind the shell)
· 1 cup of pumpkin puree
· 3 tablespoons chia seeds
· 3 tablespoons flaxseeds
· 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
· 3 tablespoons fresh lavender
· 2 tablespoons coconut virgin oil
· 2 tablespoons safflower oil
· 2 cups of lentils (soaked night before).
· 6-8 cups of filtered water with turmeric/fish oil bone broth

Layer harder veggies on the bottom, slow cook for 4hrs.
On the stove top:
· Slow cook (low) 10lbs ground beef
· 4 containers of chicken livers (I could not find beef livers, those are best, but these will do)
· 4 containers of chicken hearts and gizzards.
I slow cook everything separately then use the food processor to turn everything bite size. Mix the meat mixture and veggie mixture well. You will have a higher meat ration than veggie. I personally measure out say 10 cups of meat mixture and 4 cups of veggie mixture, mix that and bag it. Heat it up on very low and not too long just to warm it up before serving our pour some hot broth before serving to warm up.
