Frozen Berry Blasts

  Berry Blasts

· 5-7 Organic strawberries

· 10 Organic blueberries

· 7-10 Organic raspberries

· 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

· Purified water – enough to blend. (You don’t want it too runny so less is more and add a little as you go until it has a slushy consistency). 

Blend it all and add it to a fun mold! Freeze for at least 3hrs.
